Coaching
Coaching with psychological depth
Feeling stuck? Momentum can work in both directions in life. Many people think they lack motivation when what they really lack is clarity. Talking to a coach about your current situation can help make sense of yourself to yourself. It can be a first step towards positivity and regaining a general sense of control over your life.
Coaching isn't about being given a list of things you should do. Sometimes the barrier isn't knowing what to do. It's understanding why you're finding it difficult to do it.
My approach draws on my experience as an integrative counsellor-coach, combining psychological insight, helping you explore what’s happening beneath the surface, while keeping the focus on what you want to change with practical, goal-focused coaching.
I work with people who want to make changes in areas such as confidence, motivation, career, personal development, boundaries, decision-making and getting unstuck.
